The best quality for the lowest price in the line up. Very affordable. Great attention to detail. All the way from the cork to the guides. No mess. The plus for me is the double footed line guides from top to bottom. The sensitivity is insanely sharp. The rod itself is perfectly balanced. All in all this is a great rod that’ll handle everything you throw at in. I’ve got complete faith in it. (No pun intended) hahaha
I live this rod it’s great for the k9 but the bait keeper broke off
Awesome rod paired it with Shimano Scorpion 26 DCMD feels perfect for this rod
Beyond happy with it, needed a dedicated softie rod and man did this thing exceed my expectations. Great customer service from the leviathan fam.
This thing is a broomstick pulling hammera out with ease!!!
Sheesh!! Man this Rod Looks and feels better in hand! The handle length is perfect and the Action is top-tier👌🏾.Arrived on time and packaged very nicely.
I bought it because of all the good reviews but as I noticed the quality is a little on the poor side One a string that should have been cut off was just wrapped around and in glossed over and a few bubbles but otherwise not it looks like a nice rod
It is still in perfect condition! I’ve gone out nearly every night for the last few years now since moving to a place with water access. I’ve gotten 4 pbs on this rod since using it. I’ve used this rod daily and have upwards of 800+ fish on it. Basically the ultimate stress test. I’m telling you, the blank doesn’t even have a scratch on it somehow. Guides aren’t worn down or bent. Grips are looking great! The only issue that I have (which isn’t even important) is the cork butt has very small knicks in the bottom just from dragging on the ground. Thats it! I bought this rod within 30 seconds of them coming onto the market last year around August 9th I believe. Or somewhere around there give or take a day or two. I purchased the heavy/moderate model and it Seriously can throw basically any swimbait perfectly. I was losing so many fish on my old swimbait rod but since the simple faith is so parabolic, I have only lost probably less than 3 fish once they were pinned. Out of 800+ Took it out the same night I got it and immediately caught 4 fish on it and knew right away that this rod was something special. Anyways I am finally purchasing a second one. The extra heavy model, and I noticed you could leave a review. I would have left one way sooner if I had noticed that option sooner. My xh is scheduled to arrive in one hour and I’m so stoked (hopefully fedex didn’t break it lol ). I’m not sure if it was like this when they first came out because I do remember having to wait for it for quite a while, but they do 2 day shipping! That’s f’ing incredible for a 8ft rod tube to be shipped to you in under 2 days, essentially free. Not sure how they aren’t losing money because shipping a rod in that short of time costs near $80-$100. I ordered this rod on Sunday morning and it’s about to arrive at my house today on Wednesday. That’s seriously incredible. If you’re on the fence about getting one, just know that this rod is genuinely the nicest rod in this price range, in the whole world. I’ve built rods before and the fact that this rod is only $250 ($200 when they first came out with $50 shipping fee) doesn’t add up to me. They should be losing money by charging so little for these rods! I’m sure there is more positives that I could add but I’m drawing a blank at the moment lol This rod is all pros, and zero cons! Thanks leviathan for making such an amazing rod at such a dirt cheap price.
Been loving the rod throwing big soft swimbaits for pike on lake Champlain soo much fun
Solid components, feels extremely smooth paired with a nice reel.
Wonderful rod. Amazing quality made casting heavy baits a breeze.
Great quality for the price of the rod. I’ve only thrown baits around 2oz and it does great.
So much better than Dobyns for glides with the parabolic design. Easy to cast easy to control and much more accurate in the sweet zone
Amazing shipping, they protected the rod incredibly well. It was free shipping, and they shipped it in a pvc pipe along with other packing materials. They truly went above and beyond to make sure your rod arrived safely! I will buy another rod from them.
Great rod for the size of lures I throw .great detail on site that lays out what size bait you throw to match rod size . All around great product it’s the second rod I’ve bought from them and highly recommend
This is my 3rd Leviathan rod. This is hands down the best value for money rod you can buy! Awesome rod for not only glides or swimbaits, but works great for magnum crankbaits and alabama rigs. Will definitely get more
Really great Rod probably the best on the market for the price what I don’t like is the bait keeper and the cork on the bottom wasn’t lined up that evenly
First off - most secure packaging out of any rod I’ve ever built. The rod itself is priced way below the weight it punches at. Incredible, simple and effective. 15/10
Great rod so far
Its a great rod and it came packaged great
love the rod its amazing
Excellent quality rod. Casts smooth with my 2oz metro glide!
