Got this rod a month ago and have already stuck a ton of fish on it. Because of its ability to break down into a normal fly tube, I have been taking it everywhere. In the past month I’ve caught bass on it in Texas throwing a glide bait, and now on my honeymoon in Antigua catching Tarpon on little softswims. Get this rod, not only for the incredible craftsmanship. But the ability to unlock fishing destinations where you wouldn’t otherwise be able to!
The rod is awesome zero complaints, the case is cool too but it doesn’t seal super tight kind of flimsy.. will probably buy a better case for traveling i wouldnt trust the one it comes in. But for just putting in the back of your car or whatever its solid.
